Sanhua Electronic Kit series has been expanded with four new models

SANHUA is pleased to announce that our SEK Kit series has been expanded with 4 new models that include our LPF 45-65 valves, which we introduced earlier this year. We are sure that it will be of great convenience to all of our customers.
SEK – a revolution is coming to the commercial refrigeration industry.

The new SEK comprises SEC controller, LPF electronic expansion valve, pressure transducer (with Packard cable) and temperature sensor, allowing rapid system set-up for virtually all common applications. In addition, with fewer brazed points the risk of leaks is reduced dramatically, providing greater system reliability.
 More about SEK

The commercial refrigeration sector can expect a major boost to performance, energy efficiency and convenience with the arrival of the newly developed Sanhua Electronic Kit (SEK). Existing market and value networks are set to be disrupted by this new plug-and-play solution from Sanhua, a global leader in advanced technology solutions for refrigeration industries. Benefits of the new SEK include a choice of up to 20 refrigerants and capacity up to 16kW – with all required products provided in a single box that delivers ultimate convenience for installers and technicians.

The SEK is designed to replace thermostatic expansion and solenoid valves in HFC and HFO refrigerant applications. This complete and simple solution delivers superior performance via a more stable cooling process with optimal evaporator superheat control that is both quick and accurate. Furthermore, there is no pulsation or noise, just smooth opening and closing operations driven by the latest stepper motor technology. As the opening can be controlled from 10 to 100%, it is possible to offer a wide capacity range with the same product.

At the heart of the SEK is the SEC controller, the primary function of which is to control the suction superheat of the refrigeration system using an advanced PID algorithm. Inputs include pressure transmitter, temperature sensor and RS485 Modbus (all models feature an RS485 port for communications).

Sustainability is a core attribute of the SEK – end customers can enjoy reductions in energy consumption of up to 28% in comparison with using a thermostatic expansion valve (TXV). Additionally, the SEK is completely compatible with A2L refrigerants, while a fully sealed valve body and fast reaction time (for better control of refrigerant glide) help deliver an installation with low environmental impact.

Compatibility is in fact offered with all common refrigerants available on the market. Adopting a single kit suitable for so many refrigerants compares extremely favourably with having one TXV for one (or perhaps two) refrigerants, meaning that stock inventory can be reduced considerably.

Any commercial refrigeration installer or technician interested in a complete and simple electronic kit that provides better control, wider refrigerant compatibility and lower energy consumption should enquire about the new SEK from Sanhua.

Simple like never before!
